Three - Chrysalis

     While working on today's pages, I became increasingly bothered by the way the word "pheremone" looked on the page. I couldn't possibly be misspelling it, of course, 'cause I recalled distinctly looking the word up in the dictionary and jotting it down in my notes when I started this storyline nearly two weeks ago.

     Still, as I try to make clear in the Introductory Essay to the series of webcomic reviews I hope to be starting here next week, I tend to feel that I'm making mistakes all the time. So I went back, checked the dictionary again, and found that, yes, I'd copied the word down incorrectly: it should be spelled "pheromone."

     I've corrected the earlier comics and will try to remember the proper spelling in the future. We'll see how well that works...
