So, as my Grandma used to say, on with the fun!
Today we start into Book V of Daily Grind. The book's encumbered with the title Written on Water, and it begins with a lazy little storyline called "Saturday"--and today's sequence which I'm stealing pretty much whole-cloth from G.B. Trudeau and the series of strips he did in Doonesbury back in 1977 when Joanie Caucus and Rick Redfern first got together. Because I'm just that much of a comic's geek.
