     At least one sharp-eyed reader has already figured out what's just dawned on Mrs. Teasdale here, so at least I know I'm not being too obscure.

     As for the report Eduard mentions, it's something I've alluded to before but never come right out and confirmed. See, after each adventure, Howlett talks to everyone involved and writes up an "incident report" which he then passes out for everyone to read. That way, the whole outfit knows more or less everything that happened in each adventure. Saves me trying to remember who knew what when...
