Nice of Howlett to summarize the previous 5 chapters of Book VII, The City When it Sleeps, for those folks who may have come in late. Of course, Howlett doesn't know--though we do--that Miss Juliette, the villainous feline sorceress there, seems to have some sort of working relationship with the Tiakula as well. And with what she's been doing, well, I can't help but think there may be more going on than any one of our characters knows at this point...
