"Totenfeier," the sixth and final movement of Rhapsody, Book IX of the continuing Daily Grind saga, brings us back to Mahler--the first movement of his 2nd Symphony started life as a piece with that title and is said to be the funeral music for the hero conjured up in his 1st Symphony, subtitled "The Titan."
In this story here, we're just facing the unraveling of the universe, so I guess that's kinda equivalent...
