Let's see: Jo and Toch ended up going to Hell together in the middle of our 48th storyline, "Hierogamia," as a direct result of the things Toch did to Jo during our 46th storyline, "Time and the River Flowing," while Jo offered to consumate her relationship with Howlett near the end of our 55th storyline, "Acceptance," as a direct result of, well, of ev'rything that happened in Book IX, Rhapsody. It's like all the stories in this whole dang comic are related!
