For all that Ann's been a semi-regular in the comic for about three-and-a-half years, ever since near the beginning of our 75th storyline, "Contraindicated," she's very rarely been herself: she spent most of her time in Book XIII possessed by the dead insectoid sorceress Bumble and most of Book XV pretending to be possessed by Bumble. Maybe we're finally going to meet the real Ann now?
