It wasn't until I got involved in the fanfiction community that's sprung up around the current My Little Pony cartoon show that I learned the literary term "shipping," the phenomenon of fan writers putting characters into relationships that don't actually exist in the show itself. When a writer becomes convinced that characters in the show truly and secretly are in one of these relationships, it's said that the writer is seeing things through "shipping goggles."
I should just start drawing Howlett wearing a pair of those...
As for the comic here, we've got one more week of chapter four, then we're on to chapter five, oddly enough: "Warts and Bunions," it looks like it'll be called, and it'll carry us into the middle of February.
