Mr. Masarif is the acting feline representative to the Familial because Ms. Renovo, the elected feline Famrep, was horribly killed off stage right at the beginning of "Foreign Correspondence," our 27th storyline, just over a month ago for our characters. Also on the subject of time, we're still in 2005 as far as these stories go, back in an age before every cell phone had the capacity to make videos.
