As for Howlett meeting the North Wind, that would be Eulatti Sathmont, current Oberon of the Household Fae: they became Quetzal for the first time near the end of "Holiday," our 12th storyline, not long after they first met in order to get Eulatti to safety, and for the second time near the end of "A Long, Long Trail A-Winding," our 24th storyline, as part of our heroes' effort to defeat the Nulla Lucis.
