The ward Howlett's referring to was one he designed and Eduard and Tharka built when they dislodged the Nulla Lucis from her caverns underneath the St. Regis Medical Center: they put it up near the end of "Administrative Oversight," our 18th storyline, then dispersed it throughout the St. Regis complex to more effectively protect the area during the course of our 20th storyline, "Hypocrisy."
