Everyone remembers Scratch, right? Mr. Tharka's former employer, we last saw him sneaking in to retake his place as ruler of Hell on the very last page of Rhapsody, our ninth book of Daily Grind adventures. He and Mrs. Teasdale have a history, too, going back at least to our 36th storyline, "Chiaroscuro," near the end of which story, Mrs. Teasdale stabbed him with an ancient spear point. I wonder if he's still upset about that?
