Now as far as I know, Jolene hasn't broken into Mrs. Teasdale's apartment in the nearly four-and-a-half years that we've been following things here. But then, that represents a mere six-and-a-half months of time for our characters, so maybe it's something Jo used to do regularly before that.
Speaking of time, the last time we saw Alban was at the end of "The Way of All Flesh, the concluding storyline to the previous book of Daily Grind, and as you can see from the Table of Contents page, that storyline ended September 3rd, 2005. So that's apparently the last time Alban saw Constance, too.
