We've had bits and pieces of the Batrach language in the comic since near the end of our 6th storyline, "The Batrachonesian Amphora," with things like the sword Sarx and the magical tome known as the Bybloi Lithakoi popping up here and there. But I just wanted to note that the word I'm translating as "boss" above is spelled λευς and is pronounced "leyus." It's a shortened version of βασιλευς, the old Batrach word for "king" and could also be translated "chief."
I point this out 'cause I've finally figured out how to get Greek letters to show up in the notes here!
